Using this website
This website introduces CHAOS Foundation and its plans for Winter Jubilee. Visitors can submit volunteer interest and sponsorship inquiries. This website does not collect card details.
Donation amount previews
Choosing a gift amount on the donation page changes the displayed preview only. This selection is not submitted to the foundation, saved by this site's code, or processed as a payment or pledge.
Online volunteer and sponsorship inquiries
These forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you choose to share about volunteering or sponsorship. Sponsorship inquiries may also include your organization. We use these details to respond and coordinate with you; consent to contact is required before submission.
Submissions are sent through FormSubmit to contact@chaosfoundationinc.org. FormSubmit processes the information and retains submissions for 30 days. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. Read FormSubmit's privacy information for details about its processing and cookies. Please avoid including children's personal information, financial account details, or other sensitive information in these inquiry forms.
An inquiry does not confirm a volunteer placement or commit a donation. To ask about your information or request its removal from foundation records, email us at the address below.
Downloadable forms
The volunteer form is a downloadable PDF. Downloading or filling it out does not send it to the foundation. Keep any completed copy private until a confirmed coordinator provides return instructions.
Website services
The website hosting service may process standard connection and request information to serve the site. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to provide them. This website's code does not include an analytics tracker or advertising tools.
Future online giving
When an approved giving service is added, this page will be updated to explain how that service handles donation information.
